This website and the goods sold through it are intended for adults aged 18 years or over. By using this site you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we cannot reasonably verify the purchaser's age.

We make every effort to ensure product information is accurate. Manufacturer specifications may change without notice. Pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST where applicable.

3. Regulatory framework

Sale and supply of nicotine-containing vaping products in Australia is regulated under the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 and the 2024 Vaping Reforms. Listings of nicotine products on this site are for educational reference only; fulfilment is via our registered pharmacy partner network.

4. Orders and payment

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your goods. Payment is processed by Stripe. We may refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from goods supplied is limited to the price paid for those goods. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
