Do I need a prescription to buy nicotine vapes in Australia?
Since 1 October 2024, individual prescriptions are no longer required for low-strength (≤20 mg/mL) nicotine vapes — a pharmacy consultation through a registered Australian pharmacy is sufficient. Higher strengths (>20 mg/mL) and under-18s still require a valid prescription. Any nicotine-containing product listings you see are educational reference pages only — fulfilment is routed to a registered Australian pharmacy that handles the consultation and dispatch under the TGA framework.

How fast is shipping across Australia?
Orders placed before 2pm AEST ship the same business day from our Melbourne warehouse. Standard: 2–5 business days metro, 4–8 regional. Express: 1–3 business days nationwide.
Is shipping really free over $120?
Yes — standard shipping is free Australia-wide for orders $120 and over. Express upgrade is $9.95.
How do you verify customer age?
Multi-step: age attestation at sign-up, third-party ID verification on higher-value orders, and signature-on-delivery for any order over $150. We never knowingly ship to under-18s.
What's your returns policy?
30 days on unopened devices and accessories. Opened e-liquids and consumables cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Faulty devices are covered by a 12-month replacement guarantee. Full details on the Returns page.
Are your products authentic?
Yes — sourced direct from authorised Australian distributors, batch-logged. If you suspect a counterfeit, send us the batch number and we'll investigate and refund in full.
Do you offer wholesale?

How do I cancel an order?
If it hasn't shipped, cancel from your order page or email within 2 hours. Once shipped, standard returns apply.

Yes — all Australian states and territories. We do not ship internationally.
