Nicotine retail is one of the most heavily regulated categories in Australian commerce. We treat that seriously. This page summarises our compliance posture in plain English so you know exactly what we do, what we don't, and where the legal lines sit.
TGA reforms (2024)
The Therapeutic Goods and Other Legislation Amendment (Vaping Reforms) Act 2024 makes all nicotine-containing vapes therapeutic goods. They can only be lawfully supplied through pharmacies. As of 1 October 2024, low-strength products no longer need an individual prescription — but a pharmacist consult is still required.
Age verification
Multi-step process: account attestation, optional ID upload via a third-party verifier (auID/IDVerse), and signature on delivery for any order over $150. We never knowingly supply to anyone under 18.
