Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Weekend orders ship Monday morning. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your label is generated.
Carriers
We use Australia Post StarTrack for express and standard Australia Post for everything else. Signature is required on delivery for any order valued at $150 or above as part of our age-verification process.
International shipping
We do not ship outside Australia.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 14 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and resend or refund at no cost to you.
